Introducing Picture Perfect, Penny! Now available for Adoption. Penny is an adorable, 2-year-old, smaller sized, 12 lbs. pug who recently came into rescue as an owner surrender thru no fault of her own! She had accidentally swallowed some pennies and quarters that required a costly surgery and blood transfusion to remove the coins. She has quickly and 100% recovered and is ready to find her perfect forever home.
Penny is the quintessential cuddle/snuggle bug. She LOVES all people and animals and is super friendly. She would love to have pet siblings but would be fine as the only dog. She generously gives kisses to anyone who will receive them. She Loves to go on long walks and is the hit of the neighborhood! She only barks when she is trying to get her foster sister to engage in play.
She also loves to play fetch! She sleeps and naps on top of her foster sister or all day on her foster mom’s lap and is the first one to claim her spot on your pillow at bedtime! No need to turn the heat on at night because Penny makes a great furnace!
Penny is VERY smart and listens well and has learned her new name quickly. She has no problem being crated. She is not your typical stubborn pug. Penny is food motivated and has come a long way with potty training. She responds well to lots of praise and is simply a people pleaser. Everyone she meets thinks she is absolutely the cutest dog they have ever seen!
Like a typical pug- she will need someone who is patient and consistent with her potty training.
If you are ready to have your heart stolen by this special little girl- her adoption fee is $950- she is spayed- up to date on her vaccines- micro chipped- comes with her harness- bed- leash and some of her current food.
