Meet Noel
Hi, my name is Noel, and I’m a total love bug with a sweet and playful side. I think I’m making up for lost time, because I adore any human who offers affection and a warm lap. I’m a smart, people-pleasing girl who thrives on routine and loves being close to my humans.
I came to a shelter in Indiana as a stray and no one reclaimed me sadly, but I’ve adjusted beautifully to life in a warm, caring home. I’m about 3 years old, weigh 18 pounds, am spayed, and have already had palate and nares surgery, so my breathing is in good shape.
I get along wonderfully with other dogs—whether they’re older and calm or more playful—and I enjoy joining in when another dog wants to play. That said, I’d also be perfectly happy as an only dog since human affection is truly my favorite thing. I especially loved spending time with my teenage foster humans.
A few fun things about me:
- I’m happiest at mealtime, during playtime, and when I’m curled up on my human’s lap
- I’m discovering toys and showing my playful side more every day
- I like walks, but I’m still learning that they’re also for potty breaks—I prefer frequent yard trips
- I love my crate and cozy bed and will happily go in when asked
- I’m a very polite girl and will patiently wait in my crate for you in the morning

As far as my potty training goes, I do best if you have secured fenced in yard instead of going on walks. I am more into human affection than playing with other dogs but would be ok with one other dog in my forever home.
My adoption fee is $950 and my vaccines are up to date, spayed, microchipped, palate and nare surgery done, hw and fecal tested negative and current on those preventatives. I come with my bed, blanket, leash and harness, some of my toys and my current food. I think my adoption fee is great considering all the rescue did for me when it came to getting all my medical care done before I was ready to be adopted.
