Hi, I’m Brownie and I am as special as they come! I am unable to walk, but I don’t let that stop me. I’m best at army crawling, bunny hopping and I can even beg on my hind legs, though my foster mom doesn’t encourage that last one. I was born with congenital forelimb contracture and valgus formation that gives me my army crawl for getting around. I was also born with bilateral pelvic limb deformity and coxofemoral laxity. But don’t let those big words scare you. I love life and can get around really fast as long as the ground below me isn’t slippery! I am two years old and keep myself at a trim 20 lbs, as I do like to be carried when we are going far. I have been neutered, had a dental, tested heartworm negative and take my monthly heartworm preventative, also my yearly exam came back with a good review and my fecals are good and I have all of my vaccines current.
I like to go for stroller rides, play tug, chew my benebones, cuddle my favorite humans and to chase around a frisby. My ultimate favorite is being your sous chef, especially when you accidentally drop the ingredients.
I will need to be in diapers or a belly band’ as I am incontinent due to my condition. I have a few other needs, I get scared of being stepped on and am looking for a quiet home with no other animals or children. Overall I’m a pretty healthy guy, I don’t take any medication, but do need a weekly bath to keep clean. I’m a really good boy while you are away, as long as you leave me with a few treats before you go. I’m also a great sleeper, sleeping quietly all night long; unless I catch a chill then a blanket does the trick.
Just a reminder- Brownie is looking for a home with no other dogs and no children under the age of 13- it is important he doesn’t get dropped or tripped over when he is on a roll and moving fast!

My adoption fee is $650 and I come with a stroller to ride around the neighborhood in, some washable pee pads, belly bands, a bed and few other goodies as well as my current food.
