This is Eva Longoria, one of the Texarkana 23 puppies. Eva has been recently spayed, wormed and microchipped. She also recently had cherry eye surgery. She is now ready to settle down into a loving forever home.
Eva is doing wonderfully after her surgeries. She healed fast and is now back to being a puppy and wants to go-go-go! Eva gets along very well with her foster mom’s older English and French Bulldogs, all males. She doesn’t like female dogs and becomes protective of “her space” or “her toys.”
Eva’s ideal home would have someone available to let her out during the day to potty as she is still working on her potty training skills. Also, ideally, Eva’s forever home would have a male doggie companion who LOVES to play. Absolutely no cats, even if they are dog-savvy. The crate is also a necessity right now because she’s going through a puppy teething phase. She rides well in a car and does well on a leash, but she pulls a bit. Some more leash training and a basic puppy obedience class is highly recommended. But this smart little girl already sits on command!
Eva is bright and bouncy, sweet and sassy, and so full of energy that only applications with a single-family home with a fenced-in yard will be considered. The fenced-in yard will also help her forever family continue to work with her to ensure the best potty-training experience.
As with all the Texarkana23 puppies, Eva had a rough, scary start in life, but has put all of this behind her and is ready for her forever family to welcome her home.
