Thrilled That Hope's Wheels Arrived

Hope's Wheels Are Here! We are thrilled that Hope's wheels arrived! A therapist from Integrative Pet Care came to visit Hope yesterday and she stayed 2 1/2 hours...adjusting her wheels so they fit just right and assessing her after about a month of being in foster and getting daily therapy with Mary. Great news, she has gained weight, her leg muscles are toning up and the neurons are firing in her little legs and feet! She keeps working on taking one step. The therapist said she is doing amazingly well!! Keep sending your prayers and positive energy... its' helping!

Sweetie

Meet Sweetie- she is just that IF she does not have other dogs to compete with! Her owners had to give her up to rescue due to allergy issues and her not getting along with their other dogs. She resource guards toys around other dogs but not around people.

Lady Beatrice

Meet Lady Beatrice! She is one sweet little pug whose owner had to give her up due to the economy and the families current situation. She is great with kids and other dogs if that are not too hyper with her. She loves to be loved on, go for car rides and short walks or run around a yard or the house. She loves her toys and food time! She has stenosis of the rear and knuckles her back feet when she walks but can run like a rabbit! She wears a diaper as she dribbles sometimes due to the stenosis but she seems to like wearing it and will go potty outside on command.
